Malaysia has many good and responsible company and only Dyson has choose the wrong EMS to work with. ATA is a terrible company.

  • @roticanai7404

    Trust me.. I'm Malaysian..
If you have Malaysian chinese/indian as your boss they will force you over work and abuse your right..
It's sad because malay are majority in my country but majority of us working in low income job..

  • @PCSpider

If you want an alternative to Dyson vacuums, there are many!

Dyson vacuums are poorly made in these sweatshop factories and sold for a premium with expensive marketing. I've been in the business for quite a few years and always recommend the German or Italian brands. Miele, Sebo, and Lindhaus all make fantastic vacuums that will outperform and outlast any of Dyson's products, without being made in these horrible conditions!

  • @adilahana3907

LOL! ATA is one of Dyson contract manufacturer. The employee should blame ATA not Dyson, of course this is ATA responsibilities.

  • @yimveerasak3543

She talks like a parrot. How can I contact Limbu? Anyone has any idea?

  • @PasajeroDelToro

This is bound to happen again.
Simple solution: The UK should tax imports from Malaysia until the prove that they don't abuse workers and use the revenue to support UK based manufacturers.

  • @storungz

I don't agree with the angle of reporting here. ATA was the one allowing all the crazy hours, sets the pay rate, harrasses the employees, has the horrible living conditions, and then feeds only a certain aspect of what is going on to Dyson during their audits. Obviously because ATA was being deceptive to Dyson, it is going to take them more than one audit to get to the bottom of what was really going on. Dyson did their due dilligence, and verified claims, and dug into ATA thereby ultimately arriving at the truth which lead to them canceling their contract. I do not see how Dyson did anything wrong here.

  • @lahonymanor2927

I see new stock Dysons now all say Made In Phillipines. Are people in Philippines treated any different? Id like to think yes, but somehow I don't think so.

  • @25thevin

Stupid he. If don't like just left. Think another because of he a lot of people lost the job And family. For us it's one leading company.

  • @aliceelliott3294

so dyson charge around £400 for a hairdryer that probably cost pennies to produce and squirrel away the profits and exploit their workers and rip off customers. definitely not buying any more Dyson products! absolutely disgusting I'm shocked

  • @matthiewsanggin6204

But he's still breathing which is more than he deserves…Be thankful for that

  • @heatherknott1519

Her performance is hilarious! Decided against a Dyson due to James Dyson's political views, right decision – sadly for this reason to now.

  • @KJ-js7pi

  • @knisayusuf

I thought that Dyson audited their suppliers annually or there's another reason i.e the supplier fake the HR data/actual working conditions during this audit?
I'm not defending Dyson but sometimes those things happened.

  • @tmggopal3298

I am work before ATA company at malacya tha is ture nothing for workers we have to pay money for room ,electricity, water ..

  • @dcvariousvids8082

How does a man who has his company in a non UK country, make Dyson a British company? Owned by a man who doesn’t pay any UK taxes, how does that make him British? Just because he was made a knight, for contributions to the Tory party and a self professed Brexiteer, how does that make him the best of British?

  • @4trightcitizen895

Dear Mr Dyson, Please compensate all workers there and also publically apologise otherwise we will boycot all your products untill you do.

  • @AdamUFP

REMEMBER this guy (dyson) who loves UK wanted help UK, but he couldn't do it because he couldn't get TAX break, sad thing is PEOPLE believed he was patriot (fake)

  • @7pinky791

F off Dyson! Why don’t you go home to the U.K You can go exploit people back home

  • @aaaaeeeeffffeeeekkkkssss

Hahaha dyson can go off themselves, If you ask any vacuum technician in the vacuum cleaner industry they can rant about dyson all day long how bad their vacuums really are.

  • @shorditchiscool

Anyone else noticing a pattern to the people that have been knighted

  • @jakien

When capitalists lie about treating their workers poorly.

"We rely on subcontractors / agencies to that, we can't be held responsible"

"What about if there's a quality issue or a fault with my product? How can you be sure if the contractors/agency is disreputable?"

"We supervise the factories closely to make sure the products are of a good quality"

"So whilst supervising the quality of your products, do you not observe the conditions of your workers?"

This is a classic capitalist lie and by now you should see straight through it 😊

Slavery is the most profitable business model.

I don’t like it, but I also don’t like those that pretend it is over. It’s going strong since the days of Pharaoh. Wake up kids.
