    bodoh… kerajaan sepatutnya naikkan ekonomi negara, agar gaji rakyat lebih tinggi. patut kaji kenapa bank tak bagi Pinjam… keluar lisen sewenang2 nya, bukan cara penyelesaian, ini akan wujudkan lebih banyak masalah… developer kecil2 macam mana nak compete… mana ada modal berlebihan. developer yg dah stabil kaya boleh lah… lepas ni… project besar dan kecil semua sapu habis. developer kecil2 tunggu mati… tutup company. institusi perbankan pun pasti akan terjejas. Nor ni dah gila.

    dia ni bercakap pandai tapi kesannya nanti samaada positif atau negatif belum tahu! yg pasti nya belum tentu harga rumah stabil, kadar pinjaman mungkin lebih tinggi kerana pemaju juga perlu meminjam dr pihak ketiga/bank. jangan ingat diri sendiri terlalu bijak!

    Ini sepatutnya kerja kerajaan membantu rakyat … malangya hanya dapat memberi kebenaraan "lesen" pemaju jadi Ah Long sah kerajaan.
