Don't trust things like this unless you have seen orthopedics and they refer you and had MRIs first!! If a chiropractor starts working on you before any of this was done, then you pretty much know the chiropractor doesn't know what they are doing… And they are way too overconfident!! Overconfidence is a big red flag!!! The chiropractor doesn't know what's going on in this guys spine… He could have bad discs and joints and when you wrench on a body like I described above, you can severely damage yourself more!!
