    I hope FGV Holding take care of wellbeing of engineers who are working in the palm oil mill too. They are working in a harsh and discomfort environment..hot,greasy,noisy away from modern civilisation. With extra care maybe interms of special allowances ,good accomodation,good amenities, opportunity to further their studies might be the pulling factors for the young engineers work longer in fgv palm industries. If the turnovers of this engineer is high it will affect the performance of those engineers remain. Very stressful, not able to take leave etc
