What is our govt.doing wrong to ensure these labour force?????Go figure……a lot of version will come from them…

  • @khairulnasir9270

The industry player want to make extra profit thus refuse to pay reasonable salary to locals.

  • @panglimahitam6793

Malaysia depends on cheap labour to fuel the economy and competes with other country
However Malaysia don't have large population like China or Indonesia
So Malaysia 'imported' cheap labour from foreign countries
Malaysia won't hire locals due to higher salary compared to foreign workers
Malaysia also don't want to invest more in automations & AI because it would increase cost and lower profit margin
Once labour shortages occur, the industry shouldn't blame anyone.. you reap what you sow

Don't cheat … you all fraud… Malaysia still facing 500K unemployment but you still said labour shortage…. cheating… you all want to foreign labour to approve to gain more money and become rich and rich…

Oh well, they will probably outsource to China, and Vietnam from now on. At least their government policies are more friendly, relevant, stable and consistent.
