Dyson testing – behind the scenes at the Dyson factory

We purchased a V12 vacuum cleaner on November 5, 2022 from Dyson Turkey. On February 13, 2024, we ordered a replacement wand assy 706 mm nk tube for the broken one. They assured us it would be covered by the warranty and said it would be delivered to our address within 2-3 days, but the product did not reach us. When we reached them by phone, they said they would have to wait for a while because it was not in stock. Every time we called, they kept saying it was expected to arrive by the end of this month. It has been 3 months, and today when we called again, they said it is planned to arrive by the end of May or June. In short, we cannot use the vacuum cleaner. We haven't bought a new vacuum cleaner because they kept saying it would arrive shortly. What can be said about a company that cannot provide after-sales support for a product purchased from its own original website? Buying a Dyson is regrettable!

I never had used Dyson before but just fall in cause of this video. When every appliance companies focus on the ability of machines, Dyson focuses on reliability.

This is rubbish, my Dyson's V11 (which lasted two years) trigger broke, which they knew had a weakness because other companies seen the fault, strengthened the trigger, and made it available everywhere to replace something Dyson obviously overlooked. Another issue with their V11-V15 range is their thin trigger guards, which is just a thin piece of plastic sticking out below the trigger. This broke on mine! I later on found plenty of other people had the same damage whilst vacuuming. Dyson are good at promising the earth, with their slick video Commercials. However, this is far from the truth .300 hundred people testing for ware and longjevity in each part, but missed these simple basic things. You have 300 people who need to be sacked.

Size with storage matters, nobody wants 2 separate machines for dry and wet cleaning. Therefore, Dyson is nowadays obsolete – overslept evolution. More importantly, hygienically is wet mopping more important as any dry vacuuming, wondering how such a company could miss that point over past years. Philips, tineco, karcher, roborock, bissell and many others now lead for all-in-one solutions.

Bought a Dyson DC14 back in 04, still going strong. Dyson uprights are reliable and last a long time, but their cordless ones suck. We had a V7 Animal+ bought in 2018, and a few days ago the post motor filter on the back snapped off. They don’t make them like they used to I guess.

They say this yet the month my Dyson V11's warranty expired the locking mechanism broke so every time I empty it I have to hold it in a special way to keep the container from falling off into the trash bin…

Our Dyson vacuum cleaner doesn't work anymore. After a few months it couldn't continuously create suction. It kept turning on and off again and again. One second on and one second off. Became pretty much useless.

This is all well and good but it's F-cking Impossible to get replacement parts from you folks. We've been waiting 6 months for a wand for a V6 because the wand we have is in-op. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!
