I got hired four months ago as an assembler 3, the job isn't what I expected…
All I've been doing was picking and prepping parts for orders… NOTHING ELSE. My supervisor said I was going to get trained to do some assembly but still never got trained to do so, the guy who trained me how to pick/prep parts is lazy and takes his sweet time so I think that's why Rockwell hired me.
(Update) – I no longer work for Rockwell and is now doing medical assembly for GE Healthcare. It is a way better job I've had compared to Rockwell

Kinda misleading, showing dude at different stations. The guy in the background at a single station all day is more like it. Great work if you don't mind being a flesh robot. Be prepared to have everything you do timed and scrutinized for efficiency.
