👍
I could watch this bloke all day
With respect to U
Try to put tutorial vedios step by step
This guys channel is awesome! Ive learned so much from him. Study and research and watch every video word for word about what he has to say. Since I've performed deflections and manipulations on my girlfriend on several joints! Its great. Thanks for all your knowledge
I feel like I need this. Both of my physios are suggesting two things for me after a 240kg leg press. One: hamstring tendinopathy, two: hip disfunction.
I have a tightness in my right rear inner hamstring as it attaches to the inside rear of my right knee. I can feel this tightness as I bend over straight leg to touch my toes, for example. Can also dig my fingers into my right buttock to feel the tension.
I’ve told them I have a dull ache in this section of my lower back/hip at the PSOS since the incident occurred 12 months ago? Why are they trying to strengthen hamstrings and not going further up to realise I upset this joint/area during the leg press? Perhaps I am not being clear enough on what happened.
For this one, it has to be a fit lady to make the manipulation more understandable and ofcourse, more attractive
JG a ladies man. I can tell you broke a lot of hearts when you were younger
Hey everyone! You can EASILY do this all by yourself if you lie on your side, exactly like her, but with your back braced against a wall or the back of a sofa. Use the heel of the palm of your free (her "floppy") hand and thrust it into the SI joint. Ahh. Instant relief!! 😊 Having your back braced against the wall/sofa whatever makes it so much easier to do it you're by yourself and need relief.
Don't worry, your SI joints don't always make an audible "pop" when they release/unlock. You can FEEL the "pop" and amazing relief without it making a sound.
I've popped/released, or "manipulated" as he says my SI joints (because…bilateral) a hundred times and there's not a certain, definitive popping sound it makes.
This sound effects dept 😂 had 3 false-start POPs before his thrust. Don't know why some chiropractors aren't forthright.
I’d feel like a work of art in your hands doc. You’re such a daddy. ❤️🔥
Interesting.
Uff YOU ARE GOZATOR
That hand on that bum looks like the beginning of a stepbrother scene
I don't think that young lady has anything wrong with her sacraliliac. Why not get an old lady like me with real problems to demonstrate a real sac problem!
It's a long lever technique that could potentially affect the L/S junction rather than the SIJ when treating hypermobile patients.
When you say “bring them down to this level of L5/S1”, do you mean the spinal rotation ?
Perfect
