INSTRUCTIONS ON STANCE:
Put one leg forward and one leg back.
Now you need to contract your buttocks and transfer your weight to the back foot.
Then start slowly inhaling through nose for 3 seconds, raising your arms above your head.
Then exhale through mouth vigorously for 7 seconds, tightening all the muscles of your body.

Yeah, it really works, in Islamic terminology we call this breathing exercise "Habs-e-dam". It is also good for our soul.

I can only wonder if my posture and breathing are both correct.
I’m putting one leg behind the other, so that I’m standing like an easel. Directly behind.
Then when breathing that first 3 seconds I’m a bit naturally compelled to hold it before exhaling. And when I do Exhale, it feels like I’ve run out of breath a bit and even I’m a ballon but I feel like it may be working.
The other question is the tensing muscle part. Not sure I’m doing that correctly. And on both sets in and out, the buttocks should be tight, correct?
