As a Pengetua n Penolong Kanan Hal Ehwal Murid for 7 years, we managed to change the school from a high risk school to one where many parents want to send their children. PK HEM must be v firm n consistent in the punishment. Students must be informed of the consequence of their action such as suspension or expulsion as deterrent. Counciling shd be carried out. 😅
