Just another jerk that’s abuse humiliate tortured his sick wife he only ever loved his mistress he really wanted his wife dead he never cared about her since the beginning he only wanted to torture her he married her with the purpose to torture her till she died he never loved her. The ml even gave the gift his mother in law gave him to his mistress cuz he thought that the fl & her mom were garbage he wanted to torture the fl even on her death bed & even after her mom was dead he wanted to humiliate a dead person. The ml send reports to his own home to humiliate the fl all to make himself & his mistress happy. He said he did all for revenge but he really never loved the fl the one he loved was his mistress even without the revenge he would have cheated still on the fl with his mistress. He even locked her up to get her sick faster soo she would die faster all cuz she broke up with him years before to not make his life worse the man just cuz that really wanted to kill her. At end while his wife dying he was happy with his mistress then he actually got in the operating to let her die in the table by his own hands that how much he wanted her to dye he wanted to kill her by his own hands to do the ultimate humiliation to the fl be killed by the one she loved he did all so he could get revenge & be with his mistress in the open.

May not be everyone taste of genre, but it is my guilty pleasure drama. I cried a lot when she died during operation.
"She promised to spend the rest of her life with me!" How can that be? Besides her illness, he tortures her almost 3/4 of the drama. How can she survive with a terminal cancer and an evil husband like him plus a co-evil mistress.
It's a nonsense story. He a good doctor, a dean and one of the best surgeon in their hospital, how can he not know that his wife is seriously ill. Even without medical records, he can clearly see from the appearance of the wife that she has some serious health problems. In the Phils., it's called "bobo" or "tanga".–brainless and stupid
I don't understand why FLs (in dramas) need to lie about their sickness esp cancer. Isn't it more proper to tell your loved ones about your illness so that u can face the problem together. Instead of acting pitiful and playing martyr. When they die, they leave their husbands feeling guilty all their lives. The husband here is a good person in the beginning, but bec of her "martyr" mindset and dumped him, he vowed for revenge. So, it's her fault. Better, she should have disappeared from his sight. All her sufferings rooted from her lies (to him).
