Maybe this was a fluke but I knew someone who developed 2 massive bald patches at the back of his head. He tried a lot of treatments and such but nothing ever worked for him and he eventually gave up. Well i saw him about 5 months later and was in awe at his now very full and lush head of hair. I asked him how he did it and apparently he just started taking biotin supplements. Super cool but also may just be lucky for him
That’s not my experience. I’ve been taking biotin for many years and recently I ran out and was unable to buy it for a couple of weeks and I noticed my hair was starting to fall out more copiously and as soon as I started taking biotin again the fall diminished so I will continue taking it every day as I have been doing for decades.
Thanks for this. I was going to try the pink bottle even though for me it's pricey. Now I'm not. Is rather save my money
Yes!!! I work as an RD with bariatric patient and I appreciate this so much! A lot of people ask about taking this to prevent hair loss after surgery and I have been sharing your videos to back up this advice!!
IV drip therapy is amazing and many mobile IV drip companies administer Biotin drip.
Make sure you read the labels and make sure you are not buying synthetic vitamins, they are toxic and do more harm than good
Gleaming Skin, Hair, Nails Formula have helped me maintain healthy, glowing skin and strong, shiny hair.
I shall never take advice for someone wearing a bloody face mask 😷
Try applying eucalyptus oil to your scalp, then the dandruff will disappear and hair loss will decrease.
Biotin helped me!
Your speech is terrible it may be because you have biotin deficency
"hmm thats interesting, because-" procedes to explain how biotin helped them under specific circumstances that arent relevant to the average person.
What about biotin for seborrheic dermatitis?
Cleanse hair with lukewarm water, Wear a satin or silk scarf while sleeping, Wash hair with diluted acv for shine, Use liitlleextraa coconiion hair oil, shampoo. This helped for my sister, and she reduced her hair fall with these steps.
I take a very high dose of mielle adult vitamins 2x a day and no acne at all
Supplement with vitamin B5, which is panothetic acid and then you won’t break out from the biotin. Biotin decreases our B5, which causes the acne.
It reduced my hairfall 😅
Started taking biotin to help with my brittle nails. No change in my nails and bizarre break out on my forehead. Stoped and started a few months later to experience the same results again.
😅😅😅😂
I absorb biotin better with organic orange juice or vitamin c.
The clean/organic source of biotin supplements I’ve bought has worked wonders for me. My energy is improved, it helps with satiety, and most importantly I don’t have to depend on caffeine as a source of energy anymore. They keep me energized all day.
You’re wearing a mask.
Biotin has helped me with massive hair thinning as well as grow my hair out. I think we just need to look for the right ones or maybe it just works better for others🤷♀️
There’s no valid points here, plus my hair is growing at a rapid rate so thumbs tf down
