    I can only speak from my own experience. My mother recently died from a heart attack. She died of the heart attack immediately after receiving stents placed for Atherosclerosis (she hadn't even made it back to her hospital room – so much for stents). We were not expecting her death. 
    It must be noted that my mom was not eating healthy. She even had my siblings and her grandkids smuggle fast food sandwiches (incredibly unhealthy) to her while in the hospital (I found this out after her death).
    Immediately after my mother's death, I decided to change my diet, and eat healthier. I already was a vegan, but I didn't always eat healthy. Here's what I changed. I greatly reduced my intake of processed foods, sugar, saturated fats and salt. I have been trying to eat a diet of vegetables, fruit, whole grains and legumes.
    My "nutritional guru" is Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, the author of "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease." With my new diet, I was not trying to lose weight; I was simply trying to eat healthier. However, I noticed that my clothes were getting loose. So, I decided to weigh myself.
    When I first weighed (I had never had the regular habit of weighing myself), I had lost 13 pounds within two months. I was shocked. As long as I eat veggies, fruit, legumes and whole grains – I continued to lose weight. Whenever I have a day drifting from my healthy diet, I'll put on a pound the next day. I have now lost 20 pounds since my mother's passing.
    I don't know if there is any food source that will "melt" fat. But, when I don't eat saturated fats (or very little – even some natural foods have saturated fats, such as olive oil), and I keep my sugar intake as low as I can (my greatest weakness), and I don't eat processed foods – my weight does seem to drop quickly and significantly.
    I read every label now when I do buy processed foods. I look for 0% (or very low) saturated fat, low-to-0% sodium and very low to zero added sugars. I've started making my own meals because I have control of the ingredients. Instead of salt and sugar, I've started using healthy spices. Yes, it takes more effort, but it's healthier than sitting in front of the boob-tube and eating an unhealthy, processed "convenient" food.
    Just remember, the food industry does not care about your health. This is obvious by what is lining the shelves at most grocery stores. The food industry only cares about your money. You, and you alone, have to take control of what you eat. It's your body. I hope the best for everyone. Eat healthy for your sake and for your loved ones' sake.
    The equation is simple: eat healthy = lose weight.

    Just make sure it's real extra virgin olive oil, some sell fake or half and half. A dark bottle, and more expensive is usually the real stuff.

    You CANNOT “melt away”, “burn”, “dissolve” or otherwise magically make fat cells disappear other than physically removing them with liposuction. You’ll die with the same amount of fat cells as you were born with. It’s a matter of how much each cell inflates that determines obesity. You gotta love medical opinions from people who have no medical degree at all.

    Im doing Dr Mandells lemon, ACV and water every morning. Ill add the Tb of olive oil and salt before breakfast and before dinner I'll get the second Tb with my ceyenne pepper lemon and honey shot. Just add salt. Thats a plan.

    A quiet suggestion: You have a sensible warning at the start of your videos. It might help if it were cast in lower case letters. 1/ we are used to seeing lower case. 2/ Two meaning markers are: the spaces between words which seem easier to detect in lower case, and when all are upper case we lack the marker of upper case demarking sentence beginnings, and proper nouns. All helps efficient reading. Just an idea; throw out if inappropriate. Thanks for your efforts; all good under supervision.
