MAS perlu transformasi @ mungkin lebih tepat skrg reformasikan struktur gaji kakitangan mereka. Be part of gaji progresif. Belajar dr PETRONAS. mereka berjaya instill proudness kpd pekerja² mereka, graduan yg di ambil hanya yang terbaik dr yg terbaik & gaji² pekerja mereka setaraf gaji syarikat² antarabangsa. Why not, MAS bukan hanya di Malaysia. MAS boleh bertapak di mana sahaja di muka bumi jika mahu, dan perniagaan penerbangan bukan hanya bertumpu kpd perkhidmatan bawa penumpang dr A-Z. Jenamakan semula MAS kepada entiti perniagaan yg lebih terbuka, mungkin masih dlm kepakaran penerbangan.
