These negative comments are absolute bullcrap and need to stop. Saying women don’t care about men’s challenges is misleading, inaccurate, overgeneralized and just wrong. Feminism is not bad. In our reality, it is true that men are superior compared to women. But I don't agree that they are held behind by the fact that they need to look after their household and children except during the earliest ages of infants' development. And even in that period, they have an opportunity to not lose their career, due to the fact that they can take a paid maternal leave. After this required period, women have the ability to hire nannies, who will look after their children.

YouTube is full of sexist men who need to be banned from here and is also why misandry is justified. Women are better leaders than men. I don't care what anyone says. My Canadian city has been run by women for over 45 years, and it's way better than Toronto that is run by John Tory these past several years.
Women fail in Leadership for 5 reasons
1. Lack of establishing boundaries – self respect is a priority women should embrace not just within corporates or public sectors but also in their private life.This enables good living standards without wars.
2. Lack of showing integrity – Women are poor decision makers, which most of the times concludes in catastrophic outcomes
3. Lack of self value – Not only does a woman need to develop financially but also needs to give herslf value morally.
4. Lack of Dignity – Lack of proper manners in life lead most women to corrupt manners like prostituting oneself
5. Lack of will – Having a will to do something the proper way is essential for the future generations

Actually, there are more women leaders in most workplaces now. Yes, is still white men at the board and the executive level but the white race generally are at the top.
