06:37 You really shouldn’t be poking his hypothalamus so hard with that pointer you’re going to give him brain damage. I’m just kidding.
I only drink water when I’m thirsty,if I drank a litter I would be throwing up.I think your body knows what it needs and tells you to drink
Weird, I always thought they packed meats etc. in salt, to keep the moisture out, not capture it.
A spectacular quick salt history… more valuable than gold.

The human body is such an amazing creation, wow.
wow
it's not just water actually you also need electrolytes and minerals thats why it's so important to have a good quality water and not just some devoid tap water
it can actually cause a lot of problems if you only drink water that lacks minerals and electrolytes especially if your diet doesn't make up for it
the water u drink won't hydrate you if you don't have minerals and electrolytes to hold it in your body so ya
I don’t even like Science but this is very interesting I can watch more video like this
How many Cadavers do you have on hand at any given time?
It’s a pity TOO MUCH ADVERTISING 👎🏻
Sadly drinking from plastic bottles is toxic as well as from the tap 😮
Great video
I have almost no thirst at all. I may drink a bottles worth a day. I asked a doctor and was told to drink more water. Feels like talking about it to healthcare workers is useless.
How long does it take for the kidney to return to normalcy after a stent is placed past a lodged kidney stone in the ureter? I had a nephrostomy and stent placed after a few days and the nephrostomy tube was removed. Waiting to see what the next step is going to be.
Dude, you're blowing my mind right now.
Making my 14 year old watch this! Sick of the daily conversation about the importance of drinking water.
❤❤
No list for me.
What a great channel! Learned more in an hour than I ever did in school.
🇵🇬,,,
Thank you for the video I used it to show my 10 yr all daughter why is important to drink water, she don't seem to understand it before. Hope she will now thanks
As someone who never consumed much liquid until their 40’s, I have an interesting relationship with water. Mind you, I have almost zero fat and veins that protrude. I can cycle for hours at a high level in summer heat (30c) while only consuming 1 litre, while my mate will be desperate for water and need at least 3 litres.
Everyone’s needs are unique, so listen to those of your body and tailor the amount you consume based on what your body says, not what is considered ‘normal’ or prescribed.
I found this video didn’t really present answers to questions we were all asking. Interesting nonetheless.
1. We need drinking water; questions about needing water
2. What happens to water when it enters the digestive system
3. How brain and kidneys react to water
4. How cells react to having water
Thanks 🙏🏼 to the human who donated organs to explain to us deeper
It's beginning to seem that the purpose of these videos from Institute of Human Anatomy is just to shill for sponsors. Yawn
I’m battling Cystic Fibrosis & deal with chest tightness & lot of phlegm. I find that drinking water loosens my airways & reduces & thins the phlegm. Works for me. 🇨🇦
You wont die if you dont drink water for a few days. Dry fasting is a thing, and as long as you have bodyfat, your body will make metabolic water – water from fat cells.
Really helpful
Water is very important for our bodies!!! People need to understand!
talk to @sonnic he drank 100 liters of water with a toothpick (or needle i think)
Does flavored sparkling water like bubly count as drinking water since there’s no sugars or artificial sugars?
Thanks❤. Jesus Loves you.
Great video, what can be said about having the sympton of dehydration but your urine is actually clear?
Does drinking water, flush out, minerals, from your system?
Great information👍
