Thank you Dr. Dray for helping improve my acne and skin overall! I love understanding the science behind why it works and you do such a beautiful job of delivering it in a way that is relatable and fun.

  • @plasticusclinic

Your mum is such a sweetie! Sarcasm on point as usual <3

  • @meganrunner

Nothing ever resolved my morning sickeness lol throwing up did, if anything. And it would usually be any time of day sickness lol

  • @Thomas-fu8vp

It seems that you are recommending that we moisturizer in some fashion 24/7.Doesn't skin need to rest, to breathe? Shouldn't there be a fasting from a skin REGIMEN? I would say so.

  • @jandcwest2

My sister is a 4th grade reading teacher and she got in trouble because she was reading books to her student just because it's not part of that standardized test. So sad that it had come to this. She loves reading her favorite books to her students and kids love it!

  • @dustyrose7871

Your mother must be so proud of you listening to you talk so intellectually! My daughter straighten’s her hair good and I’m smiling and admiring so gayly!

  • @maureenmoran8998

Teachers still read novels in class. We are currently reading, ECHO and recently finished Number the Stars. Plan to read Ezmereldas Rising, Hatchet, and Little House in the Big Woods in the near future. My students LOVE this! (Today I told them I discovered the fountain of youth after reading about Ponce de Leon…yup sunscreen!)

  • @parisz

God truly didn’t hold back on beauty with your mother. Just wow.

  • @amygoodchild7787

Thank you for your comment about art and music in school. It is so important for student development and I wish more people supported the arts.

  • @RLPage

Truly enjoy the vlogs with your Mother. She’s beautiful!

  • @colleenharding8665

Doc, it just occurred to me that you never seem to talk about "pore strips." That must mean you don't recommend them. Are they a scam?

  • @krystlegarsha1296

Thanks on the awesome tip of Monistat! I just have to be careful about getting the correct Monistat. This is probably better on the skin and a huge money saver.

  • @hannahstanden9670

The blue light information was useful, you spoke about it in one of your other videos and i had zero knowledge of it before then! Ps you have encouraged me to be healthier- I make a lot more of my own food now!

  • @kristinclara

Thank you always for your time and the great content. I don't drink coffee, it breaks me out :(, but I make my husband coffee every day in a French press. I bought the large ESPRO one from Williams Sonoma ( a little pricey) but it stays super hot for hours!

  • @natashapeters5414

Dr. Dray, Can you recommend a sunscreen for a young women that works at a Wild Mustang Ranch in Colorado (a mile higher to the sun)? She is in the sun 10 hours a day. I think it would need to be cost effective too. She would have to apply it 5 or more times a day. She would like one with moisturizers too. Thanks in advance.

  • @Mollyjean2014

I lived in Pearland for 7 yrs and commuted to Houston for 3 yrs. Driving in Houston always freaked me out. I realized how important the season changes were to me after living there. I did love visiting Austin!!

  • @danielladipol4229

I use magnesium oil under my arms as a deodorant, works great and doesn't leave any stains on clothing. I have heard you can absorb it through your skin and it is an effective way of soothing sour muscles and supplying your supplement needs. This is just word of mouth however and I have obv not done the research.

  • @anthecrawford3957

Still catching up this was extremely relevant to me…again! iHerb Magnesium drink you linked by Natural Vitality it must have benefits for you? Today I nearly bought a magnesium cream or spray with arnica for headaches sleep, anxiety, muscle tension. Topical magnesium??? Bath magnesium salts are recognised but I’ve no bath. Dubious but curious 🤔

  • @emiliebova

Downton Abbey is the best! I toured the house!

  • @JennyT101

Omg. I love how you break down the ingredients. You're awesome.

  • @theresamichele7328

Although this video has been up for a while, quick tip for anyone that might see this…buy those fuzzy socks to wear, BUT also buy them on clearance for cheap floor cleaning pads. The adult sized ones stretch perfectly over the base of your floor cleaning mop/sweeper. Then, you don’t have to mess with expensive replacement pads or the flimsiness microfiber towels. ❤️❤️❤️

  • @andreamastrangelo1065

Here’s a great book on how to grow your own sprouts— Year-round indoor salad gardening: How to grow nutrient dense soil sprouted greens in less than 10 days. By Peter Burke. You can get it on Amazon. 😊

  • @ToOnCa12

you guys are so lovely:)thank you for all your videos and hard work to help us all Dr Dray!!

  • @svn6968

Pregnancy comfort is all about the placebo effect since you can't take or use much especially early on.

  • @patriceb1274

Nothing resolved my nausea/ vomiting during pregnancy other then giving birth 💕

  • @audreybain2668

So happy to find you and have read so many videos from you today,. so informative. Unfortunately I couldn't hear a word, no audio!

  • @kettychhak8090

Every time I've used a moisturizer or sunscreen with dimethicone, it has made my face feel hot and ultimately resulted in breakouts. I think everyone's skin is different.

  • @michellealdis1271

Most primers are essentially just over priced aloe gel with other stuff added in and high price tags. Like mom was saying, they fill in the lines and pores and dry down smoother than your skin's actual texture so you get smoother foundation application. Not quite a moisturizer, which tend to be creams rather than gels, at least from the beauty industry perspective.

  • @jilltownley3953

Interesting that you mention dimethicone. It is one of the top ingredients in the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer that I like so much, but it is not in the Laura Mercier primer. The LM primer/moisturizer combo is the only "foundation" that doesn't sit in my wrinkles and make my post-menopause skin feel dry.

  • @jessicaenyart4214

I use the Primula copper French press from Target. I think it keeps it pretty hot but then again I drink it pretty fast. I use the Gevalia French roast coffee and it’s delicious!

  • @deanawells4395

Not even in very expensive private schools do they have reading out loud any longer due to needing to avoiding parents saying the novel is inappropriate in their minds in some way in some sense and the novel offends their child and or the family beliefs. Being politically correct is all the rage in schools now.

  • @sarahg2160

I love to watch the adventures you and your mom go on! Also, thanks for sharing your skincare knowledge and recipes!

  • @MsAmelia65

Art and music were my favorites back in the day. It makes me sad to know how they cut those important things. And I used to love love love when the teacher would read to us! So great. I think it taught us to love reading! I just love going to target! Enjoyed this video. Peace and love and good health to you!

  • @elisem6394

Hey Dr. Dray! I just wanted to say thank you for making such informative and enjoyable videos! I just recently stumbled upon your channel and love it. Question for you-I know you don’t really wear makeup but would you be able to suggest any makeup lines that may be healthy or okay to wear for your skin?

  • @christianmaala9815

I got a 2.5% hydrocortisone from my pcp for healing scars. Do you recommend the cerave cream to use as a lotion after applying it or do I apply it separately like 15-20 mins after. I’m happy to try a new cream or lotion.
