This is the routine I use for my "1" hair and has helped me to grow my hair out:
Brush my hair
Wash hair with water
Put shampoo on scalp
Massage for 30 secs
Wash
Put shampoo on scalp again
Wash
Put baby oil on ends and middle
Wash
Put conditioner
Leave in for 10 min
Wash
Put spray conditioner
Let it sun dry
Brush when it's 80% dry
Brush again when it's 100%
Tip: Only wash once a week and take a pic of your hair everyday from your hair day to see how oily it gets, then you can see what products are for you
