Bryan Johnson Blueprint, Ai will soon take the guess work out of it and all gurus and snake oil salesmen will soon be gone. Eyes mind heart and soul wide open. NO FEAR!

  • @IDNHANTU2day

You have to let your guests finish speaking their thoughts. At 6:02 you do what you always do, cut them off to interject your thoughts. You might as well not invite anyone and just tell us your thoughts.

There's no benign food. I've been trying to do benign, but the more I feel into my meals and really pay attention, the more I really want to eat good, healthy foods! Thank you!

  • @TeamTanko417

“How do you heal a body that you hate?” Wow! This one hit home. Thank you 🙏

  • @psalms3825

Should not be using cursing words during interview

  • @Wendywonder123

I looked his company up on BBB, cole institute, it’s a scam. $7000 to sell you vitamins and fluff

  • @KingsDaughter.

Really good interview. But the swearing was totally unnecessary

  • @susanbrocksmith4255

Very interesting, but it’s so technical, it’s difficult to understand exactly. Will talks in a roundabout way and not directly so you pay thousands to go to him. Also, the f bomb really brings down the legitimacy of the interview and dumbs him down.

  • @theartesana

The host should really reflect on his interview approach. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Low level anxiety can be managed differently including through diet and all other interventions, but understanding the root cause is the key to addressing it more effectively.
Trauma of birth is implicated in most anxiety disorders. We need to talk about these issues more so that we're not just throwing darts in the dark and hope for the best.
Lipton's Human genome project refutes the genetic exploitation of disease.

  • @kateredding5669

Aren't you smart enough to express yourself without " the F word" it's ignorant!! It takes away your message.

How can we follow a low-carb diet (as gluten and starch are proven to be
some of the strongest triggers of inflammation and disease) while
avoiding meat and still getting enough high-quality protein?
I guess once again, the only true answer (considering all points of view) is BALANCE.
Something between Keto and Mediterranean diet would be optimal – not too much animal fat&protein (Keto) and not too much grains (Mediterranean).
Everything else, sticks – lots of non-starchy veggies, some fruit, lots of nuts & seed, legumes, fish and good oils (avocados, olive oil, flax, ghee), low GI grains (buckwheat, quinoa, barley, wild rice, einkorn), and some (preferably fermented) dairy.

Drink – water, some coffee and tea, and a glass of red wine.

Hi Tom, I love your interviews, they have been life changing so far and I hope even more so in the future. How can I do the continuous glucose monitoring? Is this something I need my GP to progress?

  • @Buttonsbeauty

How is all this so complex? There’s so much lingo and terminology that overwhelms me about this. I’ve been doing my research from different sources and nutritionists, all the information is so paralyzing to me. I guess the way you get yourself out of paralysis is just to move. Trying anything and seeing what sticks, and then adjusting from there.

Meeting you Dr Ebhariagbe on YouTube is like meeting GOD himself because, what you did in my life is what no other doctor can do. Thank you for curing my herpes virus completely you are a life saver may God bless you ….,..

  • @16Elless

Just so much brilliant & interesting information in this talk. Thanks

  • @villalondv

yay.. let's live forever!!! so looking forward to that

  • @hilostateofmind

Bro I love ya and you have lots of awesome insights but I really wish you wouldn't have interrupted him & derailed what he was saying so much. Watch the recording of this conversation and see how many times you ask him a question and then cut him off before he's explained his thought. Totally just offering a suggestion, I love ya, I totally do. I just really wanted to hear him fully explain his concepts. Thank you for what you do, seriously. I look forward to hearing what you're awesome guests have to say each time 💓💓💓

  • @y.e.2103

    Fantastic guy. Thanks 👍

  • @y.e.2103

Man…..this is really powerful. I had to stop the video Just past the halfway mark to make a comment.

  • @OswaldDigestiveClinic

Thanks for sharing! Gut health is so important for overall health! A survey from 2018 of 71,000 Americans found that 61% had at least 1 bothersome gut issue!  The most common gut symptom was acid reflux or GERD, then abdominal pain, then bloating.

  • @kisms8590

This guy is true to his craft and solid. Really like him.

  • @debbiebenton7124

You’re cool because you say the F word. Not. Offensive!!

  • @myassingh

The more of this stuff you are exposed to the more confused you become.

  • @dianamonteith9422

Long way around the barn. He simply can’t answer a direct question . The interviewer knows what dialog needs to happen to understand the interviewee .

  • @olgab3579

Amazing interview & thank you for sharing knowledge 🙏👍

  • @daphned311

Great interview ! Thank you ! How about low stomach acid ? Couldn't that be a part of the inflamation issues as well? Just asking. TIA

  • @aissaasetbey8019

Awesome awesome interview!! Ive been diligently working out the substances that cause me horrible inflammation. One of those happen to be dairy. I really REALLLY want to buy Quest Bars! But every one of the options I have come across contain dairy products, rendering the products unusable for me and my family. Will you all produce dairy-free Quest bars any time soon?? Pleeeease?????

  • @darrenwalshe8513

Great education here but spiritually we have to get that right first, period xx

  • @johnanita9627

I was referred to Dr. Osade on YouTube who genuinely helped me defeat the genital herpes completely
