I have severe hyper pigmentation due to having acne since I was in 6th grade. The Personal micro dermabrasion (PMD) is amazing! It really did help to lift all of that scarred tissue from my skin. It left no irritation. They have sensitive "Sand paper" (lol) things to help ease you into it as well!
