Studying BSc (Hons) Applied Biomedical Science at the University of Sunderland

I graduated with a degree Biomedical Science from Sunderland in 2019 and had no problem finding employment. In fact I had a job offer before I had even graduated. I spent 6 months working in chemistry before moving into public health wales as a lab support worker, and was given a trainee Biomedical Scientist post within another 6 months. I’ve just qualified and have had a great experience in medical microbiology, I’ve even lead my own research to improve our sexual health services and developed new Standard Operating procedures. I remember my time at Sunderland university with such fondness and would always recommend the course and university to anyone thinking of studying biomedicine. Easily the best accredited course in the region.
