Nice video! I read somewhere in the past that when listening to the radio on your way to work, make sure you listen to actual music and not talk radio or the news. The idea behind it was to capitalize on the calming effect of music in the brain. I tried it and it actually made a difference! Something about having a song you like stuck in your head throughout the day makes my day go easier.

Every one is talking about factors but no body will talk about the main problems

I just have a lot to think about and it all clashes at one time, in the end my mind becomes so busy that I cant even focus on resolving one specific problem, it's really suffocating, almost as if someone's pressing down on my chest, it becomes really hard to breath. I don't know what is wrong with me. Everything is triggering me and I don't feel like doing anything while at the same time I'm too restless. I want an escape but it's really really hard to find. I feel too helpless..

I completely agree exercise, quality sleep, & clean eating. Exercise is my "go to". However, when it wasn't quite cutting it during an extremely challenging time for me. I turned to meditation. Here is a very simple, short, guided meditation that I found to be extremely helpful https://youtu.be/kqhVvxmehHQ I hope it helps anyone reading as much as it has helped me. 🙂❤

Stress is sometimes called one of the great enemies of trying to live a happy and peaceful life. It creates tension and anxiety and can contribute to many forms of ill health. This material world is a difficult world to exist in. Many things happen to everyone that we have no control over and that we do not like. Our lack of control about the course of events in material existence is causing stress and anxieties.

A good preventative approach towards trying to avoid stress is to live a life that is in harmony with natural laws and events. Whenever we are accepting certain realities, even if we do not like them, this is a big step towards having a lot less stress in our lives.

Let us take a look at two persons leading different lifestyles. One man is a doctor and has a family with three children. Although he is busy, he is leading a regulated and balanced life. He sleeps from about 10:30 to 6:30 am every day. He prepares fresh, healthy foods and avoids fast foods. He spends as much time as possible in nature and with her family. He does not like to watch negative and violent content on TV or online. By his lifestyle choices he is supporting the health of his body and mind. This way he will not be stressed out very easily. Another doctor with similar responsibilities has an erratic schedule and lifestyle. She does not exercise, does not eat healthy, sleeps too little and is always bombarding herself with a lot of information and activities. By her lifestyle choices her health deteriorates and is creating a fertile ground for illness in the future. As the mind and body feel overworked, they cannot cope well with the demands of life, and such a person may more easily experience stress and tension.

Thanks. I feel pretty stressed these days, because of the bloody stupid war.
I can confirm excercise is benefitial. (For me swimming is working.) And sleep is beneficial for me too. (I just realized I slept badly last days.)
I would recommend also: Talk to friends, especially to friends you didn't talk for long time.

I don't know why but I'm constantly stressed and new problems keeps on popping up and I just can't seem to relax my brain, I try to eat a balanced meal and exercise or workout everyday but I just can't seem to get rid of that tiring feeling. I thought maybe if I play video games I'll forget reality but video games just make me rage all the time and cry
