If you want to prevent getting Long Covid, get vaccinated. No Covid=No Long Covid, simple as that. But if you don't like needles, and worried about the long term effects of the vaccination, keep some supplements such as vitamin D, zinc, Quercetin, C, and some horse paste for emergency. Covid is no joke.

İ am 44 and have been a CFS patient for around 15 years now. Recently, a month ago, I got covid and still did not recover and showing long covid symptoms alongside with my CFS symptoms. Great huh! Having both CFS/ME and long covid at the same time chrrently, İ guess İ would be a great case to study for researchers.

after 30 years of this and more papers and more studies still no treatment that works. Just how are you treating anyone. I sure hope long covid get more help then we ever got some are having this more then 40 years and are ready to die waiting.

I had Epstein Barr so bad my doctor said I had liver damage and an enlarged damaged spleen. Fast forward: I was having these weird exhaustion episodes where I couldnt even lift a comb to my head, and when I tried to take a shower I had to sit down in the tub. I didnt have enough energy to stand up. Lab tests showed I was having relapses of Mono. Fast forward I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and CFS. Fast forward: I have been ill since my 2nd (mandated) C0vid jab. I recognized right away I was having an Epstein Barr relapse. I cant live a normal life anymore. I only have so much energy a day and the exhaustion gets worse as the day goes on and my muscles get weaker. I have to save my energy like an "energy bank" every day

The last version of the Covid booster seemed to have gotten my immune system to recognize remnants of Covid virus and it’s been 10 months of recovering since. I’m finally able to go through days without falling asleep in the afternoon. My breathing seems normal, no more gasping for air when taking a walk. Extra B12 helped. Hopefully, in a couple more months I’ll be 100%.

Long hauling with a gut permanently damaged from covid, not much shows up on tests, three years later plus 4 vaccines, got insomnia, now add Chronic Regional Pain Disorder, really intense pains 24/7, neuropathy intensely shocking and squeezing my chest, major inflammation, hair, nails and skin problems, weakness, no pain meds work, getting frequent bacterial infections, immune system shot, heart a bit tachy, lots of other weird symptoms, now on off label treatments costing lots. Helping a little only. I'm in Austin Texas. Being as proactive as possible in search of an approach to multiple symptoms and pathologies and I'm so very frustrated. Where's that kind of team care anymore? Or, is there one place could I go to? I can't drive. Doctors don't communicate with each other or give referrals. They're stressed too, I know. In my case, all the above just may stress me to death. I'm a shell of my former self. Any ideas anyone? I've found nothing. This stuff needs a lot of medical attention from a steady source in a community of practitioners. It's piecemeal approaches that don't help; rather have contributed to getting steadily more incapacitated. Help, people, please…,

Children with long covid can't have statins, correct? What can happen for them?

We have people in the support groups that are over two years with long Covid symptoms. You need to join a few and read the threads. Most of us didn’t kick the virus in 3 months. My first Covid infection was February 2020, nothing was available for testing, but I was touching people while doing hair, in their faces, no mask etc and my customers were international travelers. I had a scientist from a national lab who’s coworker had it the first week in March. I had pneumonia but was still in everyone’s face and spreading it because there were no tests. I didn’t get over it till April. First weekend of April, one of my customers whose hair I had cut a month before was on tv as the first local child with Covid. I still have some problems two years out. Chest pains, etc. I had Covid again in September 2020, that didn’t clear at all. 7 full months of steroids and nothing worked. The Covid shot screeched it to a stop in 24 hours. I was 100% better, then exactly 29 days after the second shot, I got horrible back pain, a lot of long haul symptoms, insomnia etc. now I have neuropathy too. It’s basically like an autoimmune reaction. And that’s lasted over a year and still ongoing.

Can we get to the point? How do we heal an otherwise healthy teen who got bladder urge but cant pee? Now long hauler since beginning of 2022. Fam got covid in June. Only teen got this horrific bladder problem. Supposedly never got covid while family did and all never jabbed. Whats healing solution to this bio virus attack that Bill Gates released? He should pay for the medical expenses!

When coronaviruses are released from infected hyjaked cells they catch a lipidic part of hyjaked cells membrane.
That part of cell membrane can theoreticaly induce cros reacting antybody (or may be autoantybody?)that can induce erytrocyte aggregation at low blood temperature.
