After one year I came in a hospital for 1 year voluntary training. Senior Perfusionists treated very badly. I couldn't do a single case independently. Only theory knowledge. They told me to watch and study. The only thing I learned was to assembling and priming. 3 years I worked as voluntary Perfusionist. Without any payment. Mentally I stressed a lot. Feeling very sad. I wasted 7 years of my career. I was very bright and intelligent. But 7 years changed me a lot.
