NO, NO, NO, this is a dangerous way to wire a 2-way switch circuit and is definitely not legal in the UK.
You are effectively changing the polarity of the red & black wires at the lamp holder – do not switch the neutral in this way, there is a risk of electric shock because the lamp might be off but there could still be a live/hot wire at the lamp/bulb holder
