This is another funding of loans to house buyers. Now, only banks are giving out loans. FundMyHome will give the ownership to the "investors" until the loans are being paid in full – just like car hire purchase. What the house buyers want is cheaper houses and cheaper loans! The developer and banks are making too much money on housing!!! Cut down the house prices and the loans! Sub-prime risks belong to the investors, not the borrowers. Are the loans to borrowers automatic as long as the borrowers can pay down the 20%. Bottom line is build cheaper housing and lower bank's interest rates on housing loans. Developer and banks must do their part.
