I had an education loan and always had money in the account to pay the emis which were scheduled on 1st of every month. But still my bank debited the amount after 1st every month and this lowered my credit score. What to do?

  • @dennisi26

So t main qs is if sharan nvr rcvs t sarfazi notice n bank purposely plays a game by claiming they sent it to t registered address n it wasn’t claimed etc can they still make it an NPA?

  • @BlackRock_07

Sir I have taken personal loan and after few months i lost my job now I don't know how can I pay my emis could you please guide me what should I do…I am trying to get new job

  • @devharwani310

I know someone who took loan from Bajaj finance. He lost his complete business during covid. He had to start another business. He tried to restructure the loan but they straight away refused. The collection agents used to torture him. They would call him 4 to 5 times in a day. Sometimes they would come to his home.
He had taken a loan against his property. They were ready to sell the property in distress but he somehow managed to repay the loan or else his home would have gone.

Don't take a loan from these nbfc's.They will eat you alive.
And don't take a loan if you can't manage the money.
Do full proof planning before taking a loan.

Jobs are f***ing slow poison for a normal human being. Work like a bloody a**hole nd get a small amount of huge profits .And after working this much you can't even get the recognition in your company. PF is a lifetime saving of a common man if that amount is also seized like this then suicidal attempts will not end forever. Banks are the biggest robbers of any country.

  • @sasikanthpvs

No matter what happens never touch pf before turning 60 or 55

  • @advsahaab

Actually he can approach the DRT and pray for a stay if the bank is not impeccable in implementing the Sarfaesi action, following that he can also send an OTS to the bank asking to settle at a lower amount. Also this last quarter banks put out schemes to settle NPA accounts and there are some pretty good discounts.

BANKS ARE THE NEW AGE 420! NEVER BUY HOME THROUGH HOME LOAN

  • @theBartSimpson

Just 3 EMI and 60 days notice period.
    That's brutal!

So just within 5 months we become a felon while corpates have bulk load in debts amd are still offerer more loams to recover their debts.
    Double standards!

  • @inspectorIntro

Haha lol… As if its the case when account is turning NPA😂. the manager is the more worried than the borrower itself😅. Be practical u guys just read some theories and think that happens😂

  • @yashmittal198

You can also pay just intrest and ask bank to hold loan

  • @mygreenparadise431

Loan is never a good choice. People want more and they take loan without knowing will u be able to pay it on time or not. No planning nothing. Only if u have enough money to pay emis that is 20 to at most 30 percent of your income than only take loan. Many people will build home near about later in life without loan. Some people are happy with less as they dont have burden to think of paying and skipping their emis. Its easy to get loan but not to repay it.
