Islamic banks are a fraud and a scam and should be illegal. There is nothing islamic about islamic banks and islamic finance

  • @zohebakhtar265

    Imagine this scenario:
Rehan and Umar are 2 friends and they want to start an ice cream truck business together:
Rehan paid 20% and Umar paid 80% to establish the business
In a true partnership, Rehan now owns 20% of the business and Umar owns 80% of the business and thus they will share the profit or loss accordingly.
Just because Rehan owns a smaller % of the business, Umar cannot force Rehan to buy ice creams every day from their truck. That would be illegal
Also, if Rehan buys ice cream from the truck and doesn't pay for the ice cream, Umar can take him to court for the price of the ice cream, but cannot force him to give away his share of the business. This will again be illegal.
So in a nutshell, these so-called "Partnerships" where they force you to pay rent on the properties you buy as partners is like forcing a partner to buy ice cream from the truck and thus is an illegal transaction in Islam or even ethically.

Thank you for the informative video. Your information is amazing but I know everything about investing. I advise traders especially beginners to research the market before jumping in. I must say there are more benefits to trading than just holding. A big thank you to Mark Jefferson for always keeping me updated. I am so glad I started his program

  • @ash1kh

I am 100 with the cryptocurrency stuff 45:00 because I am one of the programmer who is living on it. It is not perfect, it has flaws, very manipulative, scamy gambling and a tool that is in the right hand can be disruptive. But I see future in it, if we can fix the flaws, really can make it decentralize we can make it a successful alternatives for today's monetary system, discarding riba and govt manipulations, accessible to all without accountability… and a system of money that can never be inflated again, no debt, no scamy stuffs…

  • @sadiqibrahim9214

Nonsense, u report to federal reserve n u in the bubble of capitalism n what they allow you to

  • @bmz9474

I prefer everyone to listen also to Sheikh Imran Hosein on Islamic Bank which practise back door Riba. This is the major issue with this Ummah. No way Allah will help this ummah who is commiting riba on large scale. The truth on riba is with Allah. In Islam, normal transaction is cash where credit is abnormal. In credit transaction, cash price and credit price must be the same. Time do not equate to money. In Islamic Bank loan, the total cost u have to pay to the bank is more than ur applied loan, then the increase is due to time. This is the honest answer. Other answer is rubbish answer. To increase total payment due to time is Riba.

Could you link the books the brother recommended as well as his own book?

  • @5k-fcr121

    I invest my retirement money in $HLAL $SPUS .

  • @Random-ln5mt

Every scheme involves usuary. I buy gold with my savings and lock in a secure safehouse.

Easier and I dont need to do financial gymnastics.

  • @BB-nh6ij

Riba = C ap it al ism. Read The Quranic System of Sustenance by Ghulam Ahmed Perwez. Free. Online PDF

  • @BB-nh6ij

Riba is much more than interest. The Quran is against making money without laboring for it. It warns again imbalances in the economy when inflation and interest rates are exorbitant and beyond means for the laborer to survive. Free money, multiplying your money….investments, renting real estate would probably be included.

  • @viperx7262

I don't care for enriching the west while our own nations stay in the past. Sure we should learn what we can but why are we going to contribute to the english economy when we can do it in our nations.

  • @majsingh2362

I could listen and learn from brother Irfan all day long.

  • @fatality153

How can we at least invest today in other younger, brighter Muslims who will take up this responsibility to make the change and reinforce the Muslim presence and create the Islamic alternatives in the next few years inshaaAllah? I'm talking support, finance, educate, etc. Do we have a Muslim fund or similar that you recommend?

  • @aas-rx6bm

Am I the only one thinking there is only one way to achieve true Islamic banking and that is through an Islamic Economy, which in turn can only happen under Allah's Divine Law. We all know this right? Khilafah is the only solution.

  • @naritabaku47

So bitcoin today is $3000 and tomorrow is $60,000. How is this not a manipulation from someone

  • @zeeshanskhan

Recently, Canada (Trudeau govt) announced to start halal finance.

  • @ahmadjuwayni6256

The banking system needs to be dismantled.. they are the real enemy.. all these protestors are protesting against the wrong things.. that's why occupy wall street movement in the US was taken over and subverted and people were distracted with other controversies.. because they were on to something and could not be allowed to continue..

  • @zaryalai54

Thank you for inviting Irfan back to your program . We all need economic and financial stability and education and he is working for the best of muslim communities.

  • @MrTeeri4

Any way one can email or contact Harris? I am interested in messaging him about a project I am doing for Islamic finance. Wish you asked him a way to contact him.
