The guest invited to the podcast is great but the host is terrible. This is my 2nd time watching this podcast giving it a 2nd chance but if you continue having the same host, please get him educated. His knowledge is very shallow and this caused him to interfere the guest when she's explaining.

oh! no compulsion to puasa? I thought it is mandatory in Islam to puasa. In my Mahayana practice, my teacher is a vegetarian but there is no compulsion I have to turn vegetarian. I like a religion that gives freedom based on wisdom. Not so much about sticks and carrots, just pure common sense which many of us do not have these days. All follow some silly ridiculous rules.
