I wander is Wahed is a Bank or there is other bank behind it.
On top of the riba, the monthly repayment of the loan is also predatory where they force the user to pay most of the riba portion then the tree amount in the first half of the loan tenure.. like wtf man..
On the topic of unit of measurement it’s really simple.. one has intrinsic value and it is finite in supply.. the other is worst than toilet paper and is subjected to human intervention senseless printing..

Riba is ONE of the BIG SINS in ISLAM.
I have been an anti Riba for 9 years. I listened to Imran Hosein, Dato Abdul Manaf (Ex- Bank Muamalat CEO), LaRiba, Dr Zaharuddin.
I have been 'lost' in life after being hardline of No Riba and lived secluded for almost a year (2016). And Alhamdulillah recovered and now working and got married like normal Muslim. After listening to Junaid, my heart felt back alive with my and spirituality fighting spirit.
Junaid's vision and mission is the most admirable one. His direction is from Islamic value and morality (genuinely from his internal consciousnesses) combined with practicality from his knowledge and experience.
Hopefully I can fight and live a purposeful life like Junaid one day.
Thanks for this sharing, i have been invested to wahed but stop half way.. after heard this will re-invest back
