My local community college cost is only $6700 for an associates which is more than enough for the local jobs near me. 4 years is a joke.

That 70 $80,000 number was from a study that came out like 15 years ago after inflation that's like 130,000 today

Environmental is a branch of civil engineering, so if you still wanted to pursue the field while still being flexible to work in other fields, taking the general civil then specializing in environmental gives you the most benefits cause you aren't limited in your scope while also pursuing what you wanted.

I’m taking Environmental Engineer as my college course and can I ask if it contains more math or more science? And can I work as an Environmental engineer in a different country?

Not in every country. I graduated 1 year ago. I'm living in Turkey i'm Turkish person. I obsessed with my job and i can work on wastewater management, air pollution modelling and solid sollution however the salary is the dark side of this job. Additionaly in my country this job entegrated to Health Safety. So we are not happy in here. I know 3 language, i have degree in university about Env. Engineering but they want to HSE also. Lol its really funny. If yoy will live in Turkey you shouldnt become an Environmental engineer. I hope i can help someone living in Turkey.

Todays date from this video, it looks like the salary of environmental engineers went up big from $88K to $96K! However the number of employment decreased from 55K employed to 44K employed with a 4% job growth. 1% + from this BLS screenshot.

I just want to save the earth, the mother earth is dying because of us .My first choose is to be computer engineering but some reason i dont want to make more technologies the more technology the more nature is dying ..So i really choose to be environmental engineering i want to save the earth us much as i can..

Environmental engineer here and don’t recommend it. Just get a degree as a civil engineer or a chemical or mechanical engineer and then do a masters in environmental engineer if you want to. The title “environmental” leaves you out of many positions because people immediately think that you are a tree hugger or something like that. They won’t consider you for management positions or other type of roles. They will only consider you for environmental related positions, which is very narrow and not the highest paying.
