I have adhd and autism so obvious things to me most know to do from a young age is hard, thank you for this

  • @surabhidalmia551

Thanks for your suggestions. My mother has been experiencing hair fall for a while, and this litleextra reactivate hair serum really helped her. Her hair looks thicker, and she is satisfied with the results so far.

  • @brenbutterfly27

It looked as if she only washed the top part of her hair and not the ends?

  • @HannahL-z8j

I use this everytime i shower definitely try it ❤❤

  • @TrupthiHallikeri

I never knew white women apply shampoo on the scalp first. And then the rest of the hair

  • @ShaiLawrence-q8y

Yeah, not everyone just uses shampoo. We also use conditioner to moisturize our scout so yeah.

  • @maryam-b9w

And my momma be telling me this is the reason my hair is so bad, like whaaat?

  • @mayarghasan98

NEVER rub your hand after you put shampoo, you have to put it on your hair right away 👍🏻

  • @Up-To-Speed

I'm not sure what was special about this video as I'm sure everyone washes their hair this way

  • @sincerelymyraofficial

For my girlies with frizzy hair, I gotchu <3
Applying curd on your hair will give it a hydration boost, plus will calm the frizziness! I tried it for the first time today and it worked AMAZINGLY. But quick reminder that everyone’s hair is different, and it won’t work for everybody.

  • @Space-Milk

My hair always gets tangly/plasticy feeling when i add shampoo, is this normal? Am i doing something wrong? Its not the shampoo because it happens no matter what brand i use

  • @Purple_goober

I wish my hair like this, I never hear style, I don’t use extra products, I don’t put it in tight hair styles. And it is still super gross and damaged and I think at this point it’s just supposed to be that way

  • @arifshahriar5278

don’t use shampoo directly on you hair…. you have to mix your shampoo with water or any diy hair tonic… that will be good for your

  • @Pickle-lq5lz

    My hair before:🤡
My hair after washing it correctly:🤡

  • @Noname-oy5oz

fyi, do not rub ur hands together when you have the shampoo in ur hands instead split ur hair in the back and put it directly there and massage into ur scalp not ur hair, you’re wanting to wash the dirt off ur scalp not ur hair

  • @Aesthetic_star56

Actually if u use clod water it can make ur hair really shiny and healthy but if u use hot water than it can give you lice and irritation its ok to use lukewarm water but i recommend using cold water to wash you hair

  • @ZahynZikri

Can I use hair scrub to massage my scalp?

  • @love4sam_colby

I do it like a normal person. I also brush my hair in the shower

  • @Alice-oe6pv

The entire comments are how curly or frizzy haired people are not going to brush their hair before, it’s enough with one or two comments we get it 😭

  • @SxlinaRoblox

A tip i learned from my hair dresser is to always split the shampoo into two because the shampoo is actually not very affective the first time you Apply it, but the second time you apply it actually Does its job

  • @divinewhitelight1111

Always finish with an ice cold blast to close the hair cuticles and seal in moisture!

  • @fredalodu9307

Did you end up taking a shower after washing your hair? Because I find it so hard to wash my hair in the shower then shower after cause my hands get tired and it's just too much.

  • @SeeMeeHearMe

How to wash your hair properly:

    "Wash it".

  • @Rattyfatty123

That doesn't even look like enough, it takes a lot of arm coordination to properly scrub your scalp and since I have thick hair I can't really get all of it :/ Like it's not that easy idk how everyone makes it look so easy to scrub hair :/

  • @debashreesaha47

Everything is okay but if you rinse your hair with cold water it is more effective.

  • @lofiautumn7552

"add a dime size of shampoo."
NAWT FOR CURLY HAIR I USE HALF THE BOTTLE 😭

  • @femicides.

If ur hair is curly or frizzy, brush ur hair when you wet it in the shower. If it still wont work (it should), then brush ur hair while ur doing conditioner

  • @Totallynotennard0

    "Gently massage"
My father, when i was younger 😅

Hey i just wanna say with shampoo DO NOT suds it up before putting it on the hair, all you end up doing is giving the illusion that your hair is getting clean and not actually letting the shampoo do any actual work to clean your scalp.

What you actually need to do is part your hair from the middle at the back of your head so that you reveal your scalp lenthwise over your head; then you squeeze shampoo on to your hand and using your other hand take a bit and place it directly on your scalp stating from back to front.
Once you’ve done that take any left over shampoo and place it onto the side area of you're hair and then start massaging thouroughly into you scalp(try to spread it around and do not, i repeat do not use your nails), at this time it likely won't be very sudsy unless your hair is already clean(in which case you shouldn't even be using shampoo).
Once you feel like you massaged properly — your hands and arms might hurt a bit — all over your scalp(only your scalp not your mid or ends) you can rinse it out.
You’ll want to repeat this one more time with slightly less shampoo then before and you should notice that once your hair is clean you will have a ton of bubbles all over your hair, at this point you may rinse it out again.

Once this is done add conditioner from the ends to the mids of your hair and try to avoid getting to close to your scalp. (However much conditioner your using, you likely need twice as much). Wait 3-15min max and wash it out.
Congrats you’ve officially washed you're hair!

When you dry it make sure to only pat it dry or gently scrunch it dry and i seriously recommend using some leave in conditioner.
The amount of sprays needed will be different for each hair type(generally i use about 8 sprites, at least 2 directly on the ends of my hair), it helps prevent breakage and will hopefull leave your hair nice and moisturised. Brush through with a wet brush if you have one from the ends of your hair moving up.
(And please, please clean your brushes at least once every 2 weeks if you aren't already. Every time you brush your hair with a dirty brush your just adding old oil and debris from the pevious times you've brushed your hair, even if you have trouble cleaning you're hair, if you keep a clean brush you shouldn't struggle with oil that much).

I struggled with extremely oily hair for around a decade; i could not get through one day without my hair looking greasy and as soon as i started using this method i was able to go at least 3-4 days between shampooing.

This method should work for all hair types and unless you have curly hair you really do not need many different products the only thing i may add to this list is a oil everything else is just marketing (but, by all means if you enjoy using fun products, continue, just be wary of the effects it may have). There was a youtube hairdresser i took advice from, but I'll need to find his channel again; never been happier with my hair though so please try this method and you may find your hair significantly easier to maintain.
