Thanks JG for sharing your valuable technique 👍👍👍❤️

I tried that one on my sister after watching another one of your demonstrations on this.
She fell in love with this technique immediately.
Now every time she feels a little bit stuck anywhere on her back she asks me to perform this one technique.
She doesn't understand that i can't adjust her lower back with this technique 😁

Hey John I got a quick question you can hopefully answer. Whenever I do tricep extensions with a dumbbell behind my head I get a slight twinge on my left shoulder. So I typically lower the weight and its not really noticeable after that. I somehow managed to hurt my shoulder a year ago while swimming and the pain is very slight if the weight is to much. Do you know what is causing the pain? I have done exercises to try and narrow down where the pain is but I can move it around just fine.
