I would have never thought my teenage years of acnee was because of milk ! I thought it was the chocolate.

Lactose isn't the only thing people can be intolerant to when it comes to milk, casein and whey can cause issues as well.

What should I have to replace the amount of vitamin D and calcium in milk? I love milk😢

It's very frustrating that doctors misuse their authority to give nutrition advice, especially in videos. It's extremely important to disclaim first in these types of videos that doctors are NOT experts on nutrition and that you should always refer to what the actual experts say, ie, clinical nutritionists.

I struggle with Terrible cystic acne all over my face and I’m a little big over weight. Nothing crazy but like I wanna be 15 pounds smaller. I set a goal for myself by Jan 1 I’ll loose some weight and change my diet for better skin. Will update accordingly

Milk causes me to have severe acne breakouts, and so does vitamin D3.

  • @averagegirl7113

I'm 25 and still struggle with acne- nothing outrageous, less than as a teenager but definitely more than I thought I'd have in my 20's. I also love milk…I'll have to try not drinking it for a month and see if there's a difference.

Saturated fat is so important for underlying collagen structures though… as long as it’s grass fed sources saturated fat keeps the skin bouncy too
