I am a logistics as a broker and main market is US and Canada. There is a decent money in logistics, it all depends how you keep your client satisfied and how much work you get. Mainly brokerage isn't about salaries, it's all about the incentives on your monthly sales and for the company that you work will give you 20 percent to 30 percent incentive, based on the incentives plans set by the company. All the Logistics companies have their own rules and they all have set monthly sales targets for manager/team leader or a Manager respectively.
If you ready to do work 12 hrs a day then joined this field otherwise leave it. I lost my 10 years in this field

She is lying. Most of the companies in metropolitan cities won't offer you more than 2 LPA in logistics. If you become a team lead your scale would be around 4-5 LPA based on your expereince.

This is all bull shit! To be frank many companies offer 2LPA for an entry level even if they are in a metro politicanti cities . For a supervisor the pay would be like 3.5-4.7 LPA as a experienced and graduate in supply chain &logistics mba I’m facing issues with current market rates no good salaries
In India supply chain is growing day by day and so the demand of professionals.. i believe adding some core skills of supply chaon along with strong excel is enough to get entry into supplychain in MNC

If you enter into logistics, your entire life will turn out to be work. If you are someone who doesn't have any other thing to do in life and your only aim is to work work and work, only then enter thia field. Fukd up my career. Gonna quit next month and start something fresh. A bit risk but what is to life if you cant live it.
