I'm 37 yo and I've had horrible under-the-skin acne ever since I was around the age of 21/22. My derm prescribed me doxycycline in June, it cleared a bit but it came back worse by the end of July and it's not clearing up. My previous doctor prescribed Zincovit, Nadimark Cream IP, Zathrin, and Wikoryl tablets for 10 days. Initially, the treatment showed positive results, but unfortunately, the acne bumps have reappeared. im 22 years old and its been 5-6 months I've been getting acne on my chin area, I've tried to treat it with salicylic acid serum, pimple patches, benzoyl peroxide gel and a glycolic acid cleanser nothing seem to work, these pimples do have puss and they hurt so much and one comes after another, before this I've never known acne, and my periods are very regular and i drink plenty of water, thought I've gained a significant amount of wait, what do you think it can be caused by?
