Flat land bungalow at Puchong, Selangor

This is the first time I hear the term "flat land bungalow" and genuinely interested to know if this terminology is common and unique usage in Malaysia. Is "flat land" emphasized because it is more desirable? As far as I can see the majority of houses in Malaysia are built on flat land so curious to know if this was not the case and that a "flat land bungalow" is used in this context to highlight that this property is more desirable that just a "bungalow" and hence the use of this term. thanks
