Yohimbine works. Took 3 months of use and running 5miles a day fasted. Totally killed the fat while keeping muscle. Good for sculpting

  • @norellamccalop1127

L-Carnitine Catechins/green tea extract Probiotics seed cla congeleic acid yohimbine must exercise

  • @TJB-zt9tx

I took CLA and it really screwed up my guts

  • @TJB-zt9tx

Beware polyphenol supplements. In foods no problem, in concentrated supplements there is cancer risk.

  • @dracoreptox4380

    True!
Diet & exercise, plus I’ll ad Berberine in this mix.

  • @brandonmersich9842

Within the first 2 minutes you pull up some studies. This is the only way videos like this should be done. Great job!

  • @aliefacmal

Thanks for the suggestions! I would also add one more supplement to this list: Standardized Hot Water Root Extract Tongkat Ali from AKARALI. There are many types of Tongkat Ali on the market, but this specific one is the safest and most potent. It also complies with World Anti-Doping Agency regulations, which is important for professional athletes like me. I started taking this natural supplement to increase my testosterone, and it has surprisingly helped me lose weight as well. After 11 months, I have already lost 10 kilograms. Great stuff!

So many of these things can be found in milk and red meat which I as a black guy usually stay away from. When I don’t I go all in and add a bunch of extra evil shit that would probably negate any positive weight loss effects.

What are one of the best Supplements brands out there to take, I'm Undecided between 1st Phorm, Inno Supps, and Alpha Lion.
Also what Brand you recommend when it comes to L-Carn, Probiotics, CLA, Yohimbine?
My Goal is to Lose Body Fat, and turn that fat into some good lean muscle, not trying to get big, since I'm all about doing Sports.
(I don't look fat on the rest of my body other then just belly area which it's my most stubborn fat, hard to get rid off)

  • @oliveb6318

I also highly recommend reading the book “eat right for your blood type” by Dr. Peter J.D Adamo. It’ll help decide which supplements and other best for us

  • @m.m8387

You should add BERBERINE to the list !

  • @Joe_BROgan

Moderation, discipline, exercise, sleep, meditation. All you need. There are no miracle drugs

  • @seanfitzgerald8575

20 thousand steps a day, all of these supplements, an appropriate amount of water and a high protein low carb diet for 6-8 months will show significant weight loss.

  • @havahacharon5983

THANK~YOU 🤗 I love that you include the science of it so that I can fully understand exactly what each thing is doing to my body. I needed to know exactly how each item works (so I can select which options are best for me).

  • @ketankumar6057

I am talking about my journey, losing weight felt impossible! I often take care of my body but it was not giving me any results. Finally, I realized that my diet was the villain. I barely have any protein or fiber in my food and I was eating sugary snacks loaded with palm oil that left me wanting more but affected my body. But finally, I got to know about my weight loss hero which is Alpino Chocolate Oats and peanut butter! This combo is a total dream, the high protein keeps me feeling full and fueled, helping me build muscle. Plus, the fiber keeps my digestion happy. But the best part is it's ridiculously delicious! Forget bland oatmeal and protein shakes that taste like hell. Alpino Oats and peanut butter satisfy my cravings without any added sugar. It's the perfect solution for anyone who wants to lose weight without sacrificing taste buds

Seeing the word Yohimbine gives me nausea. Be really careful how much caffeine you take with it. I thought my heart was going to blow up. Could not sleep for well over a day.

  • @heavybrandpodcast

Am I supposed to be mixing the white kidney bean extract with a glass of water?

  • @Healthwealth-th2mz

Hi, I lost 10 lbs in a month with intermittent fasting. I took natural supplement that helped me to feel energized during my 16 hr fasting window without any dietary restrictions. Also helped me to reverse my A1c from 8 to 6.6.

  • @Rhonda_Whitt

I personally love the Seed. I actually do feel a slight appetite suppressant when taking them!

  • @fariapromi4182

Hello Thomas, can you recommend me which weight loss pill I can use to loose my weight, I have been struggling on my weight for too long, and I need good recommendation so, I can buy it in amazon.

  • @sarahp936

I haven’t had caffeine in 10 years but I’ve heard a ton about the benefits of green tea. Will I get any of them from decaf?

  • @crystaldingman773

L- Carnitine and CLA absolutely worked for me to improve body composition. At the time I was working out 5-6 days a week for many years. I saw a pretty big difference with both of those supplements individually and taking them together was phenomenal. ….. and here comes the but….. taking both of those supplements for a couple of years reeked havoc on my thyroid and I became hypothyroid at only 33. Did I have a predisposition? Perhaps – but no one else in my family has thyroid issues. Once I stopped the supplements – my thyroid function improved somewhat but the damage was done. I’m now on thyroid medication for life. Sounds simple enough but the synthetic hormones are not the same and do not alleviate the symptoms- I’m left chronically exhausted and it is literally impossible for me to lose a single pound. I struggle to workout now and my diet is clean so I’m not overweight but if your someone who struggles with weight to begin with – I would be super careful because hypothyroidism is a literal nightmare. I actually can’t tolerate taking CLA or L-carnitine anymore. Don’t ask me why I tried but both make me incredibly sick now. There is a ton of research to show that l-carnitine specifically lowers thyroid hormone production and over time can be quite damaging and in my case irreversible. I’m not against supplements but if you really want to try them make sure your getting regular bloodwork- like twice yearly with a full thyroid panel and stop if you see any changes. Sounds dramatic but it literally ruined my life. It’s been 10 years since all of that and the daily fatigue is indescribable. I looked amazing and felt great for the first couple years I was taking it but it wasn’t worth it. I’m guessing I likely would have ended up with thyroid disease in my 60’s but I’m 100% certain these two supplements in addition to my crazy intense workouts lead to the early onset.

  • @rollinlikeariver7756

But wait: You made a video 3 years ago saying CLA causes Diabetes and Inflammation. So did you change your mind that it might be good?

  • @Tay-ux5xb

@ThomasDeLauerOfficial does decaffeinated green tea extract provide the same weight loss benefits?

  • @Aristophocles

While I was searching up for CLA I found a video from 5 years ago where you said it was not good at all. Can you please clarify?

  • @dc_latername9064

I just want a appetite suppressant like amphetamine without any of the evil highs or negatives… Is there anything like that, that just stops your appetite completely?

  • @donkorte80

    If not working out …
Take yohimbe but also take apple cider vinegar to keep fats from returning as stated on another video podcast…

  • @eddcraft2260

I stumbled across SEED several months ago … was intrigued by the inner capsule design after wasting time and money on other probiotics that couldn't survive upper digestive acids and get into the lower digestive system where its needed. BTW i noticed positive change very quickly.

  • @mediawolf1

Sounds like yohimbine and carnitine could be a good combo
