    no disrespect but the derm blabs alot without giving clear, concrete info. I don't understand her directions and she contradicts herself alot. I'm Indo-Canadian and over here, every derm preaches sun protection. I'm not sure I agree with religious sunscreen use, but it does show that there is no one answer to skincare.

    In Odisha we call it PAKHALA. Cooked rice put some water in it kept overnight, fermented, add a little curd, put some onions and green chilli and wahllaa😂. I had it all my childhood and teenage years and believe me my skin was so good. We even celebrate Pakhala divas in our state 😊
