I’ve been applying sunscreen every morning since 25 yrs old and live in Texas. I don’t reapply but plan to start. In 3 months, I’ll be 45. I pretty decent skin. Bet I would have better skin if I had reapplied sunscreen for the afternoon drive home from work.

The most effective and simultaneously the cheapest anti-aging treatment will be in swallowing regularly early in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil in order not only to cleanse your bowels from all the waste deposed there but your liver too, this to eliminate all toxins and heavy metals (mercury!) in time from your body via the liver.

Hi there Dr. Sugai, I was wondering if you could help me…I'm in my late 40's and a fair few wrinkles are starting to appear and I was wondering if you had an opinion on The Inkey List's Polyglutamic Acid Serum and if this is indeed better than Hyaluronic Acid?…and also The Ordinary's Matrixyl and Argireline to prevent wrinkles please? Many thanks in advance

hi, i tried using vitamin c serum last year, but it left bumps on my face that later turned into a rash and it didn't seem to do anything for the spots. it was from the ordinary band, does tat mean i shouldn't use vitamin c?

Thank you so much for sharing this video. It was so informative. I took notes and I’m going to apply this process beginning tomorrow. Thank you so much.

Hi Dr., for the last 6 months I went through extreme acute stress. My skin has lost elasticity, volume, my hair has thinned, and I have seen sagging where there was none months ago. Some of his has now began to resolve since the stress has decreased. I take very good care of my skin but I am concerned it’ll never return to its baseline state. Can it and will it? Thank you.

  • @touranedsall

Let's not forget the inexpensive at-home treatments and supplements that do also work and SAVE ALOT of money. Collagen supplementation, Hyularonic acid and Vit C sups, Reversotral. Tretinoin, Microneedling, Microcurrent, Radio Frequency, EMS. Oral lift device can naturally make the face fuller and more symmetric too.

  • @stewgra7665

OTC's or drugstore skincare products are great for me. I use Panoxyl for face wash, a light moisturizing sunscreen for day and at night the same but w/o sunscreen. There is too much stuff out there. Keeping simple and basic is key. Cool vid. Ty doc.

  • @mgranger5637

  • @lindaackerman3507

You mention that we can use retinaldehyde, would you recommend youth to the people retinaldehyde, it's newer to their line, I have used maelove moonlight but didn't love it..thx.

  • @a.contreras4934

Because of educational videos such as these, I started my skincare and anti aging routine with budget friendly products typically under $30 and in one year my skin has improved drastically! I have gotten so many compliments that my skins looks glowing and smooth! I must say that I started using Differin (Adapalene) for eight months and then made the switched to Tretonin which is the only product that is expensive (one tube last me five months). However, I still use Differin but mainly on my neck area now. I am very happy with my result. I thank you for your educational videos on skincare and I appreciate that you do not push products just for the sake of selling them.

I feel your product recommendations are based on not only on the ingredients but your honest and professional opinions. Thank you!

  • @shanira99

I'd love a video on the procedures you've had done 🙂
