You're very professional and she's so beautiful. I fought acne for years and still fight at times. Just a tip, you might not want to call your clients pimples "scary", it could cause them to think that's how their face looks to others. Thank you for sharing.
I have a question. I bought this. But the one that you’re using at 12:40 doesn’t light up for me. Does that mean it’s defective? It still makes noise however, and when I touched the lower end towards the machine(not the tip), I got shocked.

Poor thing! I use to get hormonal acne. I'm an esthetician so i know its not the same acne type. But gosh you can see a huge improvement in her skin from the before and after photos. So nicely done girl! And i love your videos, i will be subscribing.

I just got off birth control a few months ago (after 13 years!) and it was going pretty well until last week. Hormonal acne erupted on my chin and it was an instant hit to my self esteem. What percentage of benzoyl peroxide is she using? 2.5% is the sweet spot (percentage wise). Much more gentle and effective than say 10%.
I always get confused on whether or not it’s safe to do peels on skin with active flare ups I feel like it’d irritate the cystic acne more! So how do you ensure good effective results without further irritating the skin during this type of service?
