The California Institute of Regenerative Medicine is giving educational access to people from disadvantaged backgrounds and you see this as corrupt? I do not understand your logic. After all access to health care has more to do with insurance companies and public policy than it does with CIRM funding. I think this is an amazing opportunity for those who who would not have access to these careers previously and it will diversify California's research field.
