I’m in year 2 out of 3 of a business management rotational program. My employer will pay $10k per year to subsidize the degree. Do you think it’d be worth it it then? Thanks!
That was my thinking… I am already a Area Sales Director for Asia, with 4-5 countries in my responsibility, I work in a technical engineering firm, and want to go to senior management in the future… so my company is financing part of my EMBA and supporting my paid time off to attend
Agree 100% so many go through this rigorous and usually expensive routine as they've been fed the lie from the university lobbyists and high ticket student loan programs. So many have an MBA with no reasonable ROI or reasonable added value
The MBA doesn't need to be overpriced. Agree that is not worth it for a fresh undergrad but once you had been some years into the job and you are not able to move up and want to do it then you need it. It is easy to say you don't need it but the reality is that it is not a one size fits all decision. Employers 99% of the time will prefer you to have it if you are applying for leadership jobs. The higher you want to go, the more likely you will need it.
Thank you for all your videos. I have been watching your videos for two years. As of now, I can confidently say, I received my first job in the career that I wanted. I have been job searching for 5 years. Your tips helped. Thank you for all you do.
Getting an MBA was one of the best decisions that I've ever had. It helped me grow as a professional and as a person.
Is it worth getting it if you plan on owning your own business. Tired of making 20$ an hour at a factory I wanna be the boss making 100k a year
MBA is waste if you do not get job after MBA. Most Institute suggest Enterprunurship nowadays.
What about coming out of mechanical engineering undergrad and going straight into an mba?

MBAs aren’t worth it. Totally agree.

Nope. Overpriced piece of paper like the rest of em.
Great content and subscribed! Would love hear what you think of our grad school channel. Thank you.
This is exactly what I try to tell my mom as someone with a bachelors in marketing, and she simply does not care. Asian parents are so dense man.

The thought of going back to school makes my skin crawl. That’s another reason why I know it’s not worth it 😂
