I have a question. Can I take a prenatal vitamin even though I am not pregnant along with msm powder and orange juice for hair growth? Im in my early Forties and I have to cut my hair due to breakage in the middle part of the back of my hair but everything else is fine. I dont want to cut my hair but I dont have a choice.
