    Eat curry leaf and don't think about hair fall…Add the dill in your food also grind the curry leaf and dill like paste and apply on the hair root….. definitely you'll get a good result….Try it for one yr also if you have any toxic relation or job, try to reduce the problem by speak up or get out from those critical circle and it will be useful for avoid an unwanted thinking and it's also help for ur hair growth otherwise nothing will be possible even if you put more efforts😂

    These is a unnecessary product. Gummies are contact sugar and Colour. Even those gummies whi claim that it is sugar free they are not it add in Carbohydrate levels.

    Biotin deficiency not common. Even it is not a most common cause of hairfall.
    Tablet are more better than gummies.
    Please do not take any gummies and medication after watch a reel. Consult with your Doctor.

    No stop wasting money on biotin supplements, they're already there in our body by common foods likd tomatoes and carrots and having less biotin in body is very rare,use something more useful than such tablets.

    Breastfeeding mothers eat well.. specially protein, calcium, nuts should be included… excercise must….do take help if it's available for taking care of your baby….be positive and happy Allah swt has blessed us everything no need to hurry to loose that extra pounds….or else dieting will leave you anemic and malnutrition
