I think it is better to look at the issue of land cost..material cost..as well as the process taken to obtain COFitness.

The role of middleman in determining material cost..once established as fair cost …why dont govt subsidise..then price lower and loan installment too..

And please no speculative activities…and one person one house..can we do all that…..lets see
