Salam maaf sy nak tanya,loan dah lulus,dan sy pun dah sign,bayaran pun dah sy ikut cuma,bayaran hanya sy ikut selama 5 tahun,selepas itu sy ada masalah kerja,so sy x dpt jelaskan tiap2 bulan,selepas ada masalah kerja yg sy hadapi,so macam mana dgn rumah tu ya???pembayaran tu jadi tergantung ?boleh terangkan sy atau tolg sy..boleh PM sy..

Salam tuan , saya buat home loan bank. Then dh sign offer later dkt banker . Tpi tk sign Snp lagi , then duit pun tkde bgi apa apa . Sbb buat loan 90% , 10% pemaju bayar. Klau cancel loan boleh ke?

penjelasan yang jelas.. 2 pilihan rumah dgn harga yang sama dan saya pilih 1. tp kes saya loan dah lulus dalam masa 21hari dan dah sign semua tp owner tiba2 tak jadi jual mcm tu.. walau pon saya dapat balik depo 3% tp saya rugi dah sebab rumah yang kedua pon telah dijual.. macam tak adil
