This is just what I experienced. Same opinion👍
Most people just do not want to change their complete lifestyle. But it is worth it…

I have been getting these WHITEHEADS back and forth only around my mouth and along the foldings on my nose. ON some days i would gets as much as 30 around my mouth. These whiteheads comes quickly but also leaves -> pops quickly and it doesn't stop. Its clears away for a few weeks but then it always comes back and it bothers me for a good 1 or 2 weeks and goes away. Can you help me?

  • @ness46

Yup. Doc told me to take birth control to fix my hormonal imbalance. I said nope. I started taking inositol, vitamin D, completely cut out sugar, cut down my gluten bread intake, started doing slow weighted workouts 4 to 5 times a week, my acne cleared I lost 23 pounds and ny period is back to normal.

And docs be saying just do birth control. Pfftt it's the sugar and preservatives in the foods, it has everything to do internally. Even if your thin work out slow weighted workouts, it will improve your acne issue, cut out the sugar.

No damn birth control gonna fix your problem, it may even make your acne worse and birth control can make you gain weight. Docs are just trying to make money.

  • @michellemarie1197

Exactly im looking at diet changes and also good quality PCOS vitamins

  • @elev8tedspirits

I don't know when I was on birth control I got a pimple here and there and then I stopped taking it and now my skin is messed up and I tried to fix it with benzoyl peroxide and it feels like it messed it up more I hope it gets better

    Food is medicine! 🤎
That's why, "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT".

  • @tomherr5684

Idk, it’s been some time for me. I’m just looking to spot-treatment my Fanny. (Pimples never totally go away, they just thin out and migrate to your A**.) lol. I’m kidding but it’s a little true. Back when I used to get them all over my face though, I found the only way i could control it was food too. (If I ate chocolate or pizza, forget it! Omg I’d have terrible Acne for a week after. (It might not be everyone, but for the people it matters for? It REALLY matters! If you’re suffering badly enough it can’t hurt to adjust your food and try. 👍 (It was worth it to me.)

  • @jessandd03

I went through the same thing! Teenage acne turned into adult hormonal and 2 rounds of accutane and many skin care products later and the only thing that keeps the acne away is my now healthy, very low sugar diet… sucks when I cave and have dessert 😢

  • @rohanrafi9909

My acne was worse then yours, here's my diet: no sugar, no american cheese, nothing deep fried, no chips. Simple and easy

  • @unrespiro

For me it's dairy, my acne comes back with rage if I eat it.

  • @adellis24

Shocker, your diet has a bigger effect than chemicals treatments. Figuring out how to regulate stress, sleep & diet will always have the greatest impact on your appearance, everything else is a band-aid approach as you said.

  • @AnnaLexi

What about the other Solawave products?? Like the LED mask, etc. I wonder if those work!

  • @Karenhypnotic

Yes!!! I cleared My acne up years ago by going gluten free.❤

  • @r-e_mii

I had another health issue that resulted in a prescription of pirolactone & it worked for until I was dropped under 50mg. Acne came right back so yes, it's a bandaid solution.

  • @4_Ever_Gr8teful_22

Isotretinoin is not a bandaid solution. If you needed to be on that strong of a medication 3x, clearly you were the problem!

  • @jojomed8589

She probably have spok , cz there is studies about the relation between insuline résistance and androgènes and spok , it's a traingal ، the agrave each other , so having a balance surely will help

  • @beautybelq91

It's always the food. So many don't know.

  • @zara-zq1oi

The only time I ever had acne like that is after coming off the pill which I never took again. Mess with your hormones and you should expect to have imbalances!

  • @dilminiuthpalawijerathna5208

I'm going to college next year and there's no way I can eat healthy😭😭… Acne hurts my self esteem so much and I literally don't know what to do anymore… Oh the money I have spent on skincare 😫
