Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a public health concern worldwide, and chromium exposure may be a risk factor due to its potential nephrotoxicity

#1 should have been panthontentic acid🙌🏾
The only vitamin that cleared my face and I had over 50 bumps all over my face

    MY PERSONAL ACNE HACK

    1. Omega 3

    2. Vitamin C

    3. Zinc

    4. Almonds 30grams (Vitamin E – Studies shown better absorption than processed pills)

    5. Morning Sun 30 mins (Vitamin D – Living healthier at no extra expense)

    6. Sleep 8 hours + Same time daily! (Irregular sleep patterns ruins hormonal balance = Worse Acne)

    7. Avoid sugary drinks + Avoid eating breads (Studies show Gluten lead to increase in acne and Bad Intestinal Bacteria) (Sugar ruins everything in general, not only acne)

    8. Ignore Negativity as much as possible (Stress, Anxiety, Bad thoughts ruin your overall health, more chance of acne and as well as chance of dying younger through Cancer)

    9. Stop touching your face (You should already know this)

    10. Change your pillow case once every week + Leave pillow under sun (Bacteria are having a great party there)

Acne is not only about genetics or hormones. But it’s also a reflection of your lifestyle. If your lifestyle is bad and selfcare is neglected, don’t expect magical expensive medicine to cure you.

Anymore things, feel free to add below. Good luck! 😊

Also.. if they not coming off if can be the fungal acne..in that case just use anti dandruff shampoo on your face…for a while 🤯..( just find this out) ..also better diet amd less washing with drying soaps ,less carbs and sugar would also improve.😊❤

Make sure the oil from your hair is not the problem with acne on forehead. I make sure my scarf is tied a lil back from hairline to ensure the oil from my hair or scarf isn’t causing bumps on forehead. No more acne on forehead.
