A have a few pomegranates every week. I hear blanched almonds are great for skin
I am 68 and one side of face is more wrinkled (the left side), so I know most of it is sun damage. I haven't always used sunscreen on my face (I do now), but despite my age, I was never a sun whorshiper. Bananas do have lots of sugar, so I don't eat them every day. I adore berries (especially blue berries) and citrus fruit. I love avocado and nuts. Like you, no one ever guesses my age correctly.
Bananas fill you up and they are so damn cheap too! I've also got to start eating organic apples again. They would literally put a sparkle in my eye and give me that "lit from within" look to my skin. My going to take organic turmeric supplements which include black pepper which is supposed to increase its power!! It's bizarre how good for you that stuff is! They have done so many studies on it. It helps prevent/treat cancer, Covid and other viruses, Alzheimers, etc. It's amazing!!!! 😃So many diseases are linked to inflammation and it's an anti inflammatory spice!!! Yay!!
✅
don't forget kiwi and pineapples.
AMAZING! You are a newby to me–you are 59!!?? I thought you were no older than 25!! Most men your age are starting to look old & are slowing down. Great videos.
Thank you Chris 😊
Bananas are not really rich in vitamins a and c.
I read an article that there have been verified studies on increased Stem Cells regeneration by eating 80%+ Cocoa. It claims a boost over over 40% of Stem Cell regeneration by eating this dark chocolate twice a day. I'm not too sure which kind to eat or exact amount, but that has to be pretty useful for youthful skin. May be worth a look…
Kiwi fruit,
Kiwi fruit
I recently added spirulina powder to my daily diet, my skin tends to be dry, and I've noticed improvement since taking the spirulina..I take 2 heaping scoops, shake it up in a mason jar, with a ball shaped spring thingie(sorry!),such a great little gadget for blending powders quickly into a líquid! Immediately after, I take a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil; a bit of fat, healthy fat, of course, is absolutely necessary when consuming fruits and vegetables, so as to absorb those beautiful anti-aging pigments contained, within. You will not only increase your health internally, but your skin will positively glow! Thank you Chris Gibson, for your informative videos, I cannot get over the fact that you are 59, and looking more like a 20 year old!💙👍🏻
59? I need to see some proof
What about veggies. I don't rat fruit
Unfortunately if you have Histamine issues – bananas, citrus, avocados are eliminated.
59? I thought you were 39 keep up the good work 🤔😎
Thank you
Asparagus beats bananas anytime. I dont each much fruit but I supplement w/quercetin & vitamin C as I bruise easily & I admit that pumpkin & blueberry pies are my favorites come holiday time. Thx Chris!
Thank for sharing, 👍🥰

Thank you!!! Love your videos and I’m 66 and ONLY WISH I looked as good as you do. Nothing I do, seems to work. I have very thin creppy skin on face and body. I eat good, red light therapy. Micro needle, quality skin care but nothing helps.
I was just wondering if you had a video like this and here we are! Thank you for consistent amazing content!
